Application Form for Institutional Scholarship: 2024-25 Academic Session

Guidelines for availing Institutional Scholarship

1. Only the current students of  Ramakrishna Mission Sikshanamandira studying in B.Ed. & M.Ed. programmes are eligible to apply.

2. Applicant’s family Income has to be within the limit of 2.5 lakh per annum. Income Certificate issued on or after 05.01.2025 by the B.D.O. (for rural areas) or Executive Officer of the respective Municipality (for urban areas) will be only acceptable.

3. Applicants need to obtain a minimum of 65% score in the last completed semester examination. Self-attested copy of the same must be produced with the form.

4. A printed copy of the overall attendance report which was already sent to the applicant's e-mail address must be produced with this form.

5. A Brief report (with documentary Proof) of the voluntary involvement of the applicant in different selfless service activities organized by/in the institution to be submitted with the form.

6. Photocopy of Bank Passbook (1st Page containing A/C No., IFSC and Beneficiary Name) must be attached with the application form.

7. For final selection of the eligible candidates, face to face interviews of the applicants with their parents may be called for. 

8. Complete filled in Form with all necessary documents should be submitted on or before 20th March, 2025 at J. J. Goodwin Research Library (Kajal Chakraborty) of our College (Timing: 11 am – 03 pm).

9. Application Form with incomplete or incorrect information will be straightway rejected.
